TRANSACTIONS IN WIND POWER ASSETS

Vind Invest facilitates contacts between buyers and sellers of wind power assets. In this way, we contribute to a larger and deeper secondary market to the benefit of both sellers and buyers.

Seller side support

● On behalf of the seller, we develop a sale prospectus of the asset ― usually a turn-key project or a production facility in operation.

● Prospective buyers are invited to make a non-binding 'offer for negotiation' (which may be tied to the fulfillment of selected conditions).

● The buyer's offer is forwarded to the seller. Selected parties are then invited to undertake an assessment of the asset and negotiate the terms of its transaction.

We support international investors in Swedish wind power in: the identification of assets for sale; contacts and negotiations with sellers; the administration of the acquired assets.

Our compensation (finder's fee) is paid either by the seller or the buyer. Both parties are fully informed about the compensations involved.
